up by 5am; coffee/reading/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am. Work till 11:15am and then to gym for weight training; back to work by 12:30pm and at work till 4pm; from work to park by 4:30pm for 3 mile run in the woods; home from park by 5:30pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
