up by 5am; coffee/music/web till 6am and then to gym by 6:30am for weights; gym till 7:50am and then to work by 8am and until 12 noon. From work to Trader Joes by 12:30pm for shopping/groceries for next week. Home by 1pm for day (fixing holes in my surfboards, getting stuff ready for possible beach trip the morrow, washing clothes, music, coffee vid games, etc.). Crash by 11pm.
