up by 4am; coffee/music/reading till 5am and then to gym by 5:30am for weights. At gym till 6:50am and then to work by 7am and until 11:15am; back to gym by 11:30 for two mile run and then at work from 12:15pm until 4pm; home by 4:45pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
