06/20/13

up by 4am; coffee/music/reading till 5am and to gym by 5:30am for weights. gym till 6:50am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and back to gym by 11:45am for two mile run; picked up food and back to work by 12:30pm and till 4pm; home by 4:30pm and out for take out sushi around 7pm and home by 7:15pm for evening. Crash by 10pm
