up by 4am; coffee/music/reading till 5am and then to gym by 5:30am for weights; at gym till 6:50am and then to work by 7am. Lunch with cats, couch and CNN at pop's house (taking a break from lunch time runs on my weight day, today cause I did 8 miles over the past two days and my legs are singing to me). Back to work by 12:30pm and till 4pm; home by 4:30pm and in for evening (washing clothers, cooking, etc.). Crash by 10pm.
