up by 5am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work until 11:30am and then to gym for a 3 mile run; back to work by 12:15pm and till 4pm; home by 4:30pm; left for take out sushi around 6pm and home by 6:20pm for the evening. Crash by 8:30pm.
