up by 4am; coffee/music/reading till 5am and then to gym by 5:30am for weights; gym till 6:50am and then to work by 7am. Work till 11am then to family house for cats and CNN. Back to work by 12:30pm and till 4pm; home by 4:30pm. Left for takeout sushi around 7pm and home by 7:15pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
