up by 5am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am. Work till 11:30 and then to gym from 11:45am to 12:20pm for 3 mile run; back to work by 12:30pm and until 4pm. On way home picked up take out sushi and home by 4:45pm for evening. Crash by 8:30pm.
