up at 4am; coffee/music/reading till 5am and to gym by 5:30 am for weights; work by 7am to 11:45am then back to gym for 2.5 mile run; went by Fuddz on the way back to work for take out lunch and back to work by 1pm; at work till 4pm and home by 5pm. Out for take out around 6:30pm and back to house by 7pm for evening. Crash by 10.
