up by 4am; coffee/music/reading till 5am and then to gym by 5:30am for weights. Gym till 6:50 and to work by 7am. Work till 11:15am then back to gym for two mile run; back at work by 12pm and till 4pm; home by 4:45pm; left for take out sushi around 7pm and home by 7:20pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
