up by 5am; coffee/news till 6:30am and then to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and then to gym for weight training. Gym till 12:30pm and back to work by 12:45pm; work till 4pm and then to park for 2 mile run in the woods. Park till 5pm and then home by 5:30pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
