Up by 7am; coffee and laundry till 9am and then to park by 9:30am for 3 mile run in the woods; at park till around 10:45 ... chilling and visiting Smoothie King and then from park to WalMart by 11:30 for essential shopping. Home from shopping by 12:30pm. Left house around 12:40 to go see a movie (Riddick) ... it was good for B movie Sci Fi .. a fitting follow up to Pitch Black if you ask me and way the fuck better than Chronicles of Riddick. That chick that plays Starbuck in the TV series Battlestar Galactica (Katee Sackhoff) is in it and I was pleasantly surprised to see a rather nice side boob shot. She's super hot in a angular, semi masculine chick way.  Back to house from movie around 4:00pm and for evening. Watching women's tennis and cooking and what not. Crash by 10pm.
