up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and then to work by 7am; work till 12:00 and then to gym for weight training. Gym till 1pm and back to work by 1:15pm; work till 3pm and then to park for 2 mile run on social track; stopped by smoothie king and then to house by 5pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
