up by 5:00am; coffee and what not till 6am and then to gym by 6:30am for weight training; gym till 7:45am and then to work by 8am. Work till noon and then to park for a 2 mile run in the woods and a 2 mile walk as well. From park to CVS near house to rent a movie and buy some junk food and then home by 3:00pm. Left house around 5:45pm for take out sushi and then home by 6pm for evening. Crash by 10pm or so.
