up by 4am; coffee/music/beach prep till 5am and then to friends in Katy for ride to Matagorda beach; at beach by 8:30am; surfing till 12 noon and then headed back to Houston as the north winds were blowing it out; home by 2pm. At house till 5:30pm then to Walmart for weekly groceries/essentials. Back to the casa by 6:30pm and for evening. Movies, vid games, looking at myself in the mirror ... you know, the normal Saturday stuff. Crash by 10pm.
Oh yeah!
I made a little video of the surf conditions from today. It was our first weekend of "winter like" surf weather at the beach, offshore winds, dry air ... not really cold but definitely not hot, either.
