up by 5am; coffee, music, reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am. Work till 12:45pm then to gym by 1pm for weight training; back to work by 2:10pm and till 4pm and then to park by 4:30pm for three mile run in the woods. Park till 5:20pm and then home by 6pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
