up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and then to gym for weight training until 12:30pm; back to work by 12:45pm and till 4pm; from work, to park by 4:15pm for 3 mile run in the woods. From park to smoothie king for dinner and then home by 5:30pm for evening. Big night. Agents of Shield premiered and it pleased my geek soul. Crashed by 10pm.
