up by 5am; coffee/news/music till 6:30am and then to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to gym for weight training; back to work by 12:45pm. Work till 4pm and then to park for 3 mile run in the woods; while at park, stopped by Smoothie King and then to house by 6pm. Home for evening. Crash by 10pm.
